Key responsibility
- Planning
- Build plans to implement sales target has been allocated in the assigned area by KAM or Acting KAM
- Make plan to manage and develop the coverage of products on the market.
- Implement and sales management.
- Implement with team to achieve both their individuals’ sales target and also company’s target.
- Be accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Maintain and growing existing customers, define and list all potential customers in assigned area.
- Work internally with multiple functions to get alignment & execution on monthly & quarterly activities. Get the support from these functions to fix internal issues & customer complaints.
- Build strong relationship with customer to get orders. Customer care and sales according to the schedule
- Be accountable for goods’ display at supermarket or store.
- Make weekly sales forecasts by SKU and reach agreement with KAM on these forecasts.
- Support to KAM listing & New Product Development campaign to make sure successful plan.
- Introduce new products, convince customers and follow up till getting the result.
- Directly implement, supervise the performance of contracts, including procedures for delivery of goods, issuing invoices, and customers to check the quality of products delivery.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time.
- Assist the Trade Marketing Team in operating Trade specific Promotional programs.
- Support the accounting department to collect the debt, only the responsibility when the customer has paid off.
- Market Intelligence Tasks
- Update competitors' activities maintain awareness and provide feedback of all competitive activity.
- Being up to date with the latest developments in Retail MT customers and feedback to KAM
- Manage team.
- Manage team of the employee assigned by MT Manager
- Build schedules and keep track of promoter' work schedules to maximize productivity.
- Deliver to team the sale target and how to make reality.
- Train all product and guiding sales skills for team
- Implement other tasks assign by Manager.
Qualifications:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in Sales FMCG
- Minimum 03- year experience in leading Merchandiser (PG/PB) in MT channel in FMCG
- Good in problems solving, continuous improvement, communication and reporting skills.
- Have good relationship with MT key store managers
- Have lead team of minimum of 05 members
- English & good appearance is a plus.
