1 Planing
- Undertake sales target wich allocated by Sales Supervisor
- Build plans to implement for sales plans to fulfil sales target in assigned area
- Review business results by the area been in charged to come up with actionable plan to deliver positive growth
2 Operation and sales management
- Operate sales programs closely with policy of company
- Search, expand, take care and direct sales at Sales Point
- Be accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Ensure sales target been achieved in the assigned area
- Implement trade marketing programs to push sales performance and measure ROI
- 'Make sure and keep track the route to visit Sales Point
3 Market Intelligence Tasks
- Update competitors' activities maintain awareness and provide feedback of all competitive activity
Requirement
- Education: high school & Up
- Minimum 1 year experience in same position related with FMCG will be advantage.
- Able to operate within a team environment.
- Good communication skils
- Dynamic and work hard, follow company direction
