Key Responsibility:
Sales Management (80%):
- Collaborate closely with the Retail MT Sales Manager to consistently achieve sales budgets, while striving for continuous KPI performance improvement on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Successfully attain sales budget for the company's products while adhering to or staying below trade spending guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive account plans, encompassing trading terms and promotional activities, with a strict adherence to timelines. These plans should facilitate increased sales, brand recognition, and customer satisfaction.
- Support customers and PG team to meet both individual sales targets and the company's budget.
- Meet Company distribution goals for both new and existing products and explore opportunities with potential new MT store customer accounts. Foster strong relationships with key potential customers.
- Analyze sales data to ensure that responsible account budgets align with all BU and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail MT Sales Manager, Trade Marketing, Merchandisers, Supervisors, Salespersons, and PG, to monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional activities.
- Consistently submit weekly sales forecasts by SKU and work with Sales Management to reach an agreement on these forecasts. Support the Trade Marketing Team in developing Trade-specific promotional programs by submitting specific customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date account profiles for assigned accounts for planning and informational purposes.
Market Intelligence Tasks (20%):
- Create and maintain an updated customer database.
- Continuously monitor and report on competitors' activities, ensuring awareness and providing feedback on all competitive actions.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the Retail MT customer landscape.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Having working experience of at least 3 years as a Key Account or Sales Representative from FMCG, Trade Marketing, or consumer marketing experiences is a plus. Having direct experience in sales to Modern Trade channel is preferable.
- Possess a “can do” attitude, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills with a good command of both spoken & written English.
