Key responsibilities:
- Manage Provinces Assignment
- Lead operations and manage distributors in provinces assignment to achieve company goals.
- Manage sales team (key account executives, sales representatives and merchandisers).
- Market expansion to strategic customers.
- Develop sales values in each product category.
- Lead team to implement product visibility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Supervisor position with good performance.
- Trade understanding in traditional trade is a MUST.
- Good leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
