Key responsibilities:

  • Manage Provinces Assignment
  • Lead operations and manage distributors in provinces assignment to achieve company goals.
  • Manage sales team (key account executives, sales representatives and merchandisers).
  • Market expansion to strategic customers.
  • Develop sales values in each product category.
  • Lead team to implement product visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Supervisor position with good performance.
  • Trade understanding in traditional trade is a MUST.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
